Marco & Junior were awesome! I moved from a smaller space in Phoenix to Mesa so I wasn’t the best packer but they handled it with ease and moved me so quickly! I used Low Cost Quality the last time I moved as well and have been very impressed both times with different crews. I recommend Low Cost Quality to anyone who needs moving help, big or small!

Took awesome care of our stuff, prepped the house so they didn’t damage any walls/stairs and even worked to fix the errors of the other business that packed our stuff months ago. The service I received was excellent. The two movers who came to my home arrived on time and moved a couch, coffee table, and treadmill to my basement. Moving the couch and coffee table were easy but the treadmill was not easy. Marco and Junior went above and beyond to move to figure it all out. They both did an excellent job!

Before the day of the move I was contacted twice to confirm the move and tell me the time the movers would arrive. The day of the move the driver called to let me know they were on the way. 4 movers showed up on time and all were very polite. They have this moving thing down. They were fast and thorough. It was an easy experience for me and I hate moving. All my things are now stored with Low Cost Quality and I’ll have them move me to a new state after my travels. At that point I’ll see how my belongings survived but they seemed to know how to pack and I feel good about using Low Cost Quality again.

Updated review: Repeat customer and still love the service! My two man crew were incredible and worked all day in the sun. Packing AND moving me into a 3rd floor apartment. *My only feedback would be to bring back the ability to add gratuity on the bill when making payment. I had planned to do this, then had to scramble to find an ATM for cash when I heard it was no longer an option. Those guys deserved more than my daily withdrawal limit for all the work they did. Please consider adding this back, as I'll be looking for it the next time I plan to move and it would highly influence my continued use of your services.

These guys were spectacular! I’ve never had an easier move. Everyone knows how stressful moving can be, but Low Cost Quality Movers takes it to the next level in putting your worries at ease. Not to mention how professional the crew was. They accidentally put a hole in one of my interior doors moving a couch, immediately they notified me. 2 days later I get a call from Brenda who takes care of the whole bit, 2 days after that I have a new door.
